Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and shoe boxes are included in their original condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed at our warehouse.
